For generations, Loncito Cartright and his family have ranched at
Twin Oaks—a beautiful 5000+ acre property which has become renowned for its
incredible hunting and as a Mecca
for birders and wildlife photographers.
At Twin Oaks, Loncito demonstrates sustainable agricultural practices,
the production of high quality food products, all the while creating a
remarkable wildlife habitat.
The stay at Twin Oaks Ranch includes three days of detailed and comprehensive
instruction of farmstead cheesemaking taught by Larry and Linda Faillace of
Three Shepherds Farm in Warren,

Accommodations are located in the upscale 6800 square
food hunting lodge. Entertainment
and relaxation opportunities abound.
Inside the lodge are soft leather sofas and chairs, a massive stone fireplace, a
pool table, shuffle board table, dart board, video arcade, and poker tables.
In addition, there is a private theatre,
complete with an enormous wide screen TV and leather Captain’s chairs. Throughout the weekend great films
featuring cheesemaking, sustainable agriculture, and the local food movement
